Day 01 Airport – Colombo
Arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport and transfer to Colombo.
Overnight stay in Colombo.
Day 02 Colombo – Polonnaruwa/Giritale
After an early breakfast, leave to Polonnaruwa. Arrive in Polonnaruwa for ancient city tour including a visit to the museum. Overnight stay at Giritale/ Polonnaruwa.
Day 03 Polonnaruwa/Giritale – Matale – Kandy
Early morning (8.00am) leave to climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress. It is one of the world heritage sites declared by UNESCO. Proceed to Kandy, the last kingdom of Sri Lanka when kings were ruling; en-route visit a Spice Garden at Matale & Alu Vihara temple. Proceed to Kandy and check into hotel.
At 5.30 pm view Kandyan cultural dancing show with fire walks for 01 hour. Return to hotel for overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 04 Kandy – Nuwara Eliya
Am – after breakfast city tour of Kandy; visit temple of the tooth relic of lord Buddha and visit Royal Botanical gardens then proceed to Nuwara Eliya, via tea plantations, view beautiful Ramboda waterfalls, visit Labookellie tea factory and fruits & vegetables market in Nuwara Eliya.
Overnight stay at Nuwara Eliya.
Day 05 Nuwara Eliya – Ella – Uda Walawe
At 9.00am leave to Uda Walawe enroute visit Rama Sita Hindu temple, view Ella waterfalls, and proceed to Uda Walawe. Visit baby Elephant Orphanage at their feeding time. At 3pm visit Uda Walawe national park.
Overnight stay in Embilipitiya or Uda Walawe.
Day 06 Uda Walawe – Galle – Colombo
After breakfast drive along the south coastal belt of Sri Lanka. En-route visit Dutch Fort in Galle, Moonstone Gem mines, at Meetiyagoda and Sea Turtle Hatchery village at Kosgoda. Proceed to Colombo for overnight stay.
Day 07 Colombo – Airport
AM: After breakfast – city tour of Colombo, sightseeing and shopping etc .
PM: Departure to the airport for your flight or continue stay in Colombo.
